Return Policy – Duking Duds

Eligibility

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.

Processing

• Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after items are received at our Distribution Center.

• Duking Duds does not provide pre-paid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

• If not reported within this timeframe, store credit cannot be issued.

Return Instructions

1. Email info@DukingDuds.com with the subject line: “Return Request”.

2. Attach a photo of your original packing slip.

3. Ship your return package to the address provided after your request is approved.

Important Notes

• Depending on your shipping method and carrier, return packages may take several days to arrive.

• Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number.

• Duking Duds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit.

• Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue store credit for returned items.
